4. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

If you book photography services through this website:

Deposits & Payments

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.

• Remaining balances are due by the date specified in your contract.

Cancellations

• Retainers are non-refundable.

• Any cancellation, reschedule, or no-show policies are governed by your signed photography agreement.

The terms in your signed contract always override general website terms if the two conflict.

5. Online Galleries & Digital Delivery

When accessing a client gallery:

• Do not share gallery access with unauthorized individuals.

• Images may not be altered, edited, filtered, or cropped without permission unless usage rights permit it.

• Galleries are hosted by third-party platforms (such as Pixieset), and availability is subject to their performance and policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jade Creates is not liable for:

• Technical issues, interruptions, or errors on this website or gallery platform

• Loss of data or delays in delivery caused by third-party systems

• Damages resulting from use or inability to use this site

• Weather conditions or unforeseeable events that impact photos or scheduling

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services directly purchased through this website.
